What we collect
When you request access, we collect your agency name, work email, team size, recruitment specialty, target market, and the date and time of your consent.
How we use it
We use this information to set up your pilot, tailor hiring-opportunity briefs, communicate service updates, prevent abuse, and improve opportunity relevance. We do not sell your contact information.
Email and consent
You can unsubscribe from commercial email at any time using the unsubscribe instructions in the message. Operational notices related to an active account may still be sent when required.
Opportunity information
Opportunity briefs may summarize publicly available company, hiring, job-posting, and business-news information. Sources can change or be incomplete, so recipients should verify the original evidence before outreach.
Payments and service providers
Stripe processes subscription payments, and our email provider delivers account and brief messages. We share only the information needed for those services to work. Placement Ahead does not store full payment-card details.
Retention and protection
We keep account, consent, billing-reference, and delivery records only as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security.
